  4. When we entered into our agreement to [specify nature],
  5. we assumed that we would have [presupposed condition].

  7. Due to the fact that [problem that has arisen]
  8. which occurred after our agreement was  entered, we are
  9. unable to [nature of performance required under terms of
  10. contract].

  12. We regret the unfortunate occurence of these circumstances
  13. and request that you release us from our obligations under
  14. the hereinmentioned contract.
